We only process health information that you voluntarily provide to us for the purpose of assessing suitability for, and safely delivering, auricular acupuncture (acudetox) sessions. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it except as described in this policy or as required by law.

If a security compromise involving your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by law.

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law (for example, for tax, health-record, or regulatory reasons). When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.
